MARCO CONTEXTUAL
La investigación a desarrollar se sitúa en el contexto rural de los municipios de Cáceres, Carepa y Ciudad Bolívar, donde se han seleccionado como objeto de estudio 2 centros educativos rurales (CER) y una institución educativa rural (IER) con metodología Escuela Nueva.
